The thrilling night hunting trip in Wayne National Forest

Waseem Jalal

I am a pilot and I love exploring and adventuring. I have two colleagues, Ryan Tuttle and Joshua Strong, who are also pilots and share the same hobby with me. Last week, we went to Wayne National Forest in Ohio, USA, for night hunting. We brought WildGuarder night vision binoculars and infrared binoculars, two high-tech night vision devices that allow us to see the activities of wild animals in the dark, even their body temperature. This night hunting trip gave us a thrilling and exciting adventure, and also let us appreciate the local food and culture. In this article, I will share with you our night hunting experience, and the magical effects of WildGuarder night vision binoculars and infrared binoculars.

Wayne National Forest is a national forest in Ohio, USA, located in the southeast of the Appalachian Mountains. It covers about 241,000 acres, divided into three areas: Marietta District, Athens District and Ironton District. It is the largest public land in Ohio, and one of the largest continuous forests in the eastern United States.

The history of Wayne National Forest can be traced back to 1934, when the US government began to buy local degraded land to restore its forest resources. During World War II, this forest was used as a military training ground and coal mine. After the war, this forest gradually became a destination for recreation and conservation, attracting many tourists and researchers. Wayne National Forest has a rich and diverse ecological feature, it has 120 species of trees, 45 species of mammals, 158 species of birds, 28 species of reptiles and 29 species of amphibians. Some of these animals are endangered or threatened species, this forest is also a habitat and transit station for many migratory birds.

We chose this place as our night hunting destination, because we wanted to experience the feeling of exploring this mysterious and beautiful forest in the dark. We also wanted to see how the wild animals here are active and survive at night. We hoped to use our WildGuarder night vision binoculars and infrared binoculars to capture some rare and spectacular scenes. We knew that doing so had some risks and challenges, but we also had enough preparation and confidence. We believed that this night hunting trip would leave us unforgettable memories and experiences.

Our night hunting trip started at five o’clock in the afternoon, we drove to a campsite in the Marietta District of Wayne National Forest. We set up our tents there, prepared some food and water, then took out our WildGuarder night vision binoculars and infrared binoculars, both with advanced features and performance. They allowed us to see the activities of wild animals in the dark, even their body temperature. They also had built-in cameras that could take pictures and record videos.

Then we started our night hunting adventure. We walked along a small road into the forest, using our night vision devices to observe and track wild animals. We saw many kinds of animals, some were common, some were rare. We used our night vision devices to take pictures and record some wonderful scenes.

One of the most impressive scenes was a gray wolf howling under the moonlight. Its fur shimmered with silver light in black-and-white mode, and showed its body temperature in infrared mode. Its voice echoed in the silent forest, giving us a sense of mystery and shock.

We also encountered some interesting and dangerous situations during our night hunting. Once, we were almost attacked by a cougar, but luckily, we found it in time and scared it away with our flashlight and firearms. Another time, we met a flock of wild turkeys, they made a lot of noise in the woods and ran towards us. We thought they wanted to attack us, but actually they just wanted to play with us. We also found a mysterious cave, which had a lot of strange things inside. We decided to go in and explore, and found a hidden coal mine. It turned out that this cave was used as an entrance to the coal mine during World War II.

Our night hunting trip lasted for about four hours, during which we walked about ten kilometers. Around eleven o’clock that night, we returned to the campsite. We transferred the videos we shot and recorded to our phones, and played them back with a projector in the tent. We looked at our night hunting results and felt very satisfied and excited. We used our night vision devices to record our night hunting experience, and also used our night vision devices to witness the night beauty of Wayne National Forest. We were amazed and impressed by the magical effects of WildGuarder night vision binoculars and infrared binoculars. We felt that these two-night vision devices were the best companions for our night hunting trip, and also the best tools for exploration and adventure.

His restaurant not only provides food, but also stories and knowledge, so that guests can better understand the nature and history of Wayne National Forest.
